SoccerMat® is offering one qualified U.S. experiential agency an exclusive 12-month license to deploy the platform nationwide throughout the 2026 World Cup buildup and immediate post-tournament engagement cycle.

The licensing structure combines a fixed annual license fee securing territorial access with a fixed per-unit royalty for each mat produced. This enables transparent margin planning, scalable deployment, and aligned revenue growth as activations expand.

The agreement includes 12-month territorial exclusivity supported by a performance-based continuation clause. To maintain exclusive rights, mutually defined minimum deployment thresholds must be achieved within the first year. If those benchmarks are not met, the license transitions to non-exclusive status.

SoccerMat® provides full activation-use IP rights, a structured methodology, brand guidelines, deployment formats, technical specifications, positioning language, rollout support, and strategic advisory during the pilot phase.

SoccerMat® does not manufacture or operate activations. The licensee retains full operational control, including production oversight, staffing, logistics, and client relationships.
